As part of our team, you'll join our sales representatives who canvass neighborhoods in northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and the Columbia, MD area. Our focus is on areas affected by storms, where homeowners may need affordable solutions for replacing and repairing roofs, gutters, siding, and windows.

This is an excellent opportunity to embark on a lucrative career in sales, and the best part is that no prior experience or college degree is necessary. If you enjoy using social media, you can also leverage your accounts to spread the word about Nu Look and build your sales network in a fun and creative way.

The full-time schedule runs from Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm, with Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. To support your sales efforts, the company provides a vehicle. A clean driving record is required to operate the company vehicle.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary with the potential to earn up to $150,000 per year with commissions. Additionally, you'll receive a monthly stipend towards gas and cell phone expenses. Position Responsibilities

• Canvas neighborhoods where storm damage may have occurred due to inclement weather. A list of areas will be provided to you.
• Establish rapport with homeowners to gain their trust and allow you on their roof to survey and document storm damage; accurately measure and take photos to be included in the claim
• Obtain a signed exclusivity agreement with the homeowner and assist the homeowner in starting the insurance claim
• Complete adjustor meetings and reinspection
• Accurately and thoroughly complete necessary paperwork, including insurance documents and contracts
• Submit all paperwork to the insurance company and Production promptly; follow up and provide superior customer service as needed
• Be on-call to inspect for storm damage seven (7) days per week
• Utilize social media outlets for building brand awareness
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Position Requirements

• Physically able to climb a ladder, lift 30lbs, and inspect rooftops and attics
• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize all iOS devices
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to quickly establish customer relationships
• Available to work on the weekends and evenings
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
